Batch69 started with a trip. In 2019 — Portugal first, then a month in Virginia — we discovered American comfort food. Soul food. The kind of food that brings people together and feels like home. That feeling is exactly what Batch69 is all about.

Years of experimenting later — and one sister who said just start baking — the first batch came out of the oven in 2024. On May 1st, 2026 we opened our first store in the city we grew up in: Bruges. Now we answer that trip daily, with 200 handmade cookies.
